"Dr. William (Bill) Reid retired as the Superintendent of Schools/CEO for School District No. 8 (Kootenay Lake) in British Columbia, Canada in July 2008 after a distinguished career in public education. He is a fully qualified baby-boomer by birth, growing up in the 50's and 60's, spending his time as a member of the gigantic baby-boomer cohort which has so influenced North American society.
Born in Scotland, Bill grew up in Ontario where he received an Honours BA in English Literatur
